Guwela offers the discerning hunter fully guided, ethical hunts for Big 5, Plains game and Bird hunting.  Join our experienced Professional Hunters for Rifle, Archery or Black powder hunts. 

As a hunting outfit, we realize that we have a huge responsibility toward wildlife, wildlife habitat, our clients and future generations, and we pledge to conduct ourselves in a professional manner, which will reflect honesty, morality and integrity.  Our guides will adhere to the spirit of fair chase as well as the principles of sustainable utilization of our natural resources.

The  traditional “Spot & Stalk” method is used on hunts, however, for archery hunters, we have blinds set up over waterholes.  A typical day begins with early morning light breakfast before heading out into the bush.  Generally, hunters will be out all day and hunt till dark, stopping for a couple of hours round noon to have lunch and perhaps a midday nap.  Once an animal has been harvested, our experienced skinners will cape out the carcass to your specifications.

Accommodations on safari are very comfortable, offer hot and cold running water, en-suite bathrooms and electricity.  We welcome non hunting guests in camp and  guests can enjoy guided daily excursions to places of interest in the area and will be back in camp by dark.
